Digital Empowers’ inaugural event will take place on Thursday, April 21, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm ET. Titled “Systemic Change Powered by Digital Innovation,” it will feature Balaji Ganapathy, Global Social Responsibility Officer, TCS; Minerva Tantoco, Chief AI Officer, NYU McSilver Institute; Deirdre White, CEO, PYXERA Global; and Susan Walsh, CTO, US Retail and Consumer Goods, Microsoft. The initiative convenes corporate leaders, subject matter experts, non-profit implementers, and innovative entrepreneurs across in-person and virtual events, live facilitated collaborations, and online mediums. Technology has the power to enable and scale solutions that address critical global issues equitably, transparently, and inclusively. New in 2022 is the Digital Empowers Collaborative, an invitation-only cohort of 15 to 20 individuals chosen from business, government, and civil society who will engage to build a cooperative approach towards sustainable and circular solutions.
