TD Only Canadian Bank listed on the DJSI World Index

September 14, 2015 /3BL Media/ - For the second consecutive year, TD Bank Group was named to the Dow Jones Sustainability (DJSI) World Index, which reflects the top 10 percent of leading companies in corporate sustainability worldwide.  Out of 198 banks, TD was the only Canadian bank to be included in the short list of 27 banks.

The DJSI benchmarks the sustainability performance of leading companies based on environmental, social and economic performance. TD was recognized for its strong performance in the areas of climate strategy, risk management, corporate citizenship and talent attraction.
