Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Gives Award to its Boston Chapter; Kaiser Permanente Presents Video Stories About Living with Diabetes - Health Minute for November 15, 2012
The Boston chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association has won a 2012 Excellence Award from that organization. The chapter’s initiatives included an Executive Women’s series to build networks, a volunteer engagement program, and a Healthcare Forum, a cross-functional event where women met women from different industries and discussed the latest trends in the industry.
Kaiser Permanente is presenting the stories of three members who share their experiences about living with diabetes as part of National Diabetes Awareness Month. Kaiser Permanente Care Stories is a collection of first-person video narratives from the company’s members talking about their care in their own words.
