The International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) was established in 2001 to act as a catalyst for performance improvement. Today, we bring together 21 mining and metals companies as well as 32 national and regional mining associations and global commodity associations to address the core sustainable development challenges faced by the industry.

Rubin. ICMM’s submission centres largely on the role of Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights as one initiative that constitutes an opportunity for collaboration between governments, companies and civil society organizations. |
