Justmeans/Financial Times Social Innovation Awards Finalists Announced

The collaboration demonstrates one of the most successful partnerships of traditional media and social media in the name of social innovation. The Social Innovation Awards present a forum for organizations to highlight their latest concepts and practical applications to improve to advance social needs and better business. Over 100 companies applied to the awards program in categories ranging from Best Corporate Philanthropy to Communication and Sales. The winners will be announced The Justmeans/Financial Times Social Innovation Awards gala immediately following The Investing in a Sustainable Future Conference in New York City on March 24, 2010. Featured speakers at the conference include Fred Krupp, President, Environmental Defense Fund, Rand Waddoups, Senior Director of Sustainability, Wal-Mart, and Sarah Murray, Specialist Writer on Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development, Financial Times.
