This Principal at NWSRI with 8 years experience in Software Engineering, 5 years in Philanthropy and Non-Profit management, and 2 years in private equity was an ideal candidate for Ethical Markets' series on women in SRI: The Power of Yin.

Shaula focused her responses on finance, specifically in private equity, and explained how we can balance the risk-aversion of profit seeking with the risk inherent in exploring new and more socially responsible ways of doing business.
