Harrisburg, PA (PRWeb) February 23, 2011 – For the first time ever, Susquehanna Service Dogs presents two puppy cams! The Game puppies, the newest litter, are joining the Civil War litter online on their very own Puppy Cam. Rummy, Atari and Yahtzee will be eating, sleeping and playing on a live video stream available on the SSD website.

Besides watching the puppies online as they explore their world, people can visit them for puppy hugging or give them a puppy shower gift to wish them happy birthday. For more information about puppy hugging, email SSD's executive director at nfierer @ keystonehumanservices.org or call SSD at 717-599-5920. Puppy shower gifts can be made online.

SSD is also looking for volunteers to raise these puppies. Puppy raisers teach the dogs basic obedience and house manners, as well as take them out in public to gain as many experiences as possible. If you live in central or northeastern Pennsylvania and are interested in raising one of these puppies, please complete SSD's online application.

Born on February 2, 2011 to SSD Pearl, the Game puppies will join their puppy raiser families when they're eight weeks old. They will gain experiences and skills to assist men, women and children with disabilities to become more independent. These dogs will open doors, turn lights on, retrieve numerous objects, find the phone and much more.

SSD has been training service, hearing, balance and psychiatric service dogs since 1993. SSD is a member of Assistance Dogs International and Capital Area United Way, and includes Keystone Therapy Dogs, a professional-level therapy group that provides comfort and support for children and adults with illnesses and disabilities.
