The tool sounds sweet. Any chance I could tour it sometime?

We currently use a home-grown system called Earthkeeper Actions. This web-based system enables us to capture and slice and dice data in ways that make sense for our service metrics.
Earthkeeper Actions allows employees to sign up for Timberland-sponsored events. It also provides opportunity for community service leaders in our company to plan, promote, and manage service events. Employees have the opportunity to use their hours to serve local communities in ways that they feel are most meaningful.
Finally, this tool is designed to be one-stop-shopping - it has links to weather conditions, carpooling, etc. and also leads to our separate site for logging service hours. We rely on employees to self-report their hours.

Just curious as we try to implement more measurement into our Service goals: What tool does Timberland use to track volunteer hours?

Again, thanks for reporting on a quarterly, as opposed to annual, basis. So much can change and it's great to have the more frequent updates.
