Great idea --- a revolving loan fund to help folks made the capital investments in projects that quickly pay back, such as energy efficiency. Revolving loans have been very successful at institutions such as universities, with excellent rates of return compared to alternative investments.

I like the idea of more companies following Seventh Generations lead by becoming "B" Corporations and of all the ideas I have read here this one seems to fall within a do-able budget that does not exceed the prize money creating a simple documentary that could help others learn what the process is.
