Apologies for submitting this idea twice - I briefly thought the first attempt had failed.

I was inspired by the CSR's general theme,"Spheres of influence." Individuals have the ability to influence others in their sphere, for personal, selfish, or altruistic reasons. Social capital is a large driving point of any movement and along with creating new sustainable technological methods we should create more sustainable/equitable relationships and networks/communities.

My idea is to create a curriculum, a self-management course if you will, with the focus being on two tenets: a

I was inspired by your work with WAGES, and your transparency, eco-friendliness, concern about carbon footprints, and long-term approach to what you are doing.

    The Sustainable Appreciation Workout

It’s time to think about new year’s resolutions and one that always makes the list for me is to get in better shape. While I can stand to loose a few pounds, this year I think I will work on building my appreciation muscle. The appreciation muscle’s purpose is to help us better recognize, understand and value people and other beautiful things in our world. Last night I was working my appreciation muscle out while watching the stars in the sk

I can’t target one specific idea in your report that inspired me; rather, it was Seventh Generation’s global imperative towards health products, environmental processes, and conservation principles. The synergy of that integration is the heart of my idea – an emergency sanitation system.

This project is a very exciting model for economic development. In many cases poverty is passed down intergenerationally. This model empowers youth, the future stewards of society, with the tools and skills they need to break this cycle of poverty via entrepreneurship. And as other comments reflect, the self-sustaining aspect of the model is a winning component...
