Rising from the increasing need for business operations to address challenges related to water quantity, quality, and value from a context-based perspective, The Beverage Industry Environmental Roundtable (BIER) and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) co-developed a Water Circularity Metrics Tool and Guidance.
Driving sustainable progress in the beverage sector
Unquestionably, the year 2020 will not be forgotten. Collectively, we have experienced a global pandemic, historical social movements, and increasing environmental threats. Understanding the implications of these collective challenges and what lies ahead is undetermined. Yet, despite these unprecedented challenges, sustainable progress has been made in 2020 and the beverage sector has continued to lead.
