The American Cancer Society is grateful for the support received from the NFL’s "A Crucial Catch" screening and fundraising campaign which is now in its fourth year.  All money raised since 2011 through "A Crucial Catch" supports the Society’s Community Health Advocates National Grants for Empowerment (CHANGE) program.
