Women who are part of CRB’s construction team build a better world for people by supporting our clients construct facilities that produce lifesaving treatments and food and beverage products. One week is not enough to celebrate the incredible achievements and impact that our women have made on CRB and the world.
This year, our Women at CRB employee resource group asked our women what inspires them, what motivated them to pursue a career in construction, and any advice that they would give to those looking into coming into the industry.
On this International Women's Day, we're reflecting back on what Sarah Lanning, Process Engineer II, said on stage at CRB's Annual Leadership Meeting earlier this month.
"Working in a male dominated industry can be an intimidating challenge as a young engineer, but the incredible teams at CRB and inspirational women leaders make it a much more approachable one.
