Fortuitously, the GE Foundation has provided a $500,000 grant to improve access to primary care for mothers and children at Salt Lake City's Community Health Centers. The grant is part of a three-year, $50 million GE program called Developing Health, which is centered around helping the underserved communities across the United States. The program supports GE’s healthymagination initiative, a commitment to reduce costs, improve quality and increase access in healthcare.
