The result is that, according to the National Science Foundation, up to 60 percent of goods donated after a disaster end up going to waste.
Since 2018, Gildan and Good360 Australia have partnered to distribute clothing to people in need across the nation. Good360 Australia connects surplus goods of businesses with their network of over 2,000-member charities and eligible schools across the nation to help connect the right goods to the right people at the right time.
