When civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. led the March on Washington in 1963, central to the famous I Have a Dream speech, what he gave that day was the message that racial equality was an essential element for the future of the United States.
The Alkermes Mosaic Employee Resource Group (ERG) invited all employees you to participate in a day of service on Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Day on January 18. Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was an iconic leader, who played an influential role in the civil rights movement. He famously said, “Everyone can be great because everybody can serve.”
In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Rockwell Automation was a proud sponsor of the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee’s 24th annual celebration breakfast, which launched a five-day virtual event (Jan. 18-22) focusing on Deliberate Dialogue Discussions, a series of intentional conversations focusing on the social determinants of health. Rockwell leaders and close to 10 members of Rockwell’s African American Professional Network attended the event.
