Industry collaboration on the important topic of living wages is critical to how to companies across many commercial categories can work toward living wages in global supply chains. AIM-Progress recently established a working group to lead this critical work and to create alignment, tools and processes for industry to guide the way forward.

It is committed to tackling child labor issues by supporting the implementation of Child Labor Monitoring and Remediation Systems (CLMRS)* coverage to 100% of its sourcing in Ivory Coast and Ghana, a high-risk area, by 2025.
The Hershey Company and Land O'Lakes are partnering on a new initiative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at Pennsylvania dairy farms and improve water quality in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. The Sustainable Dairy PA initiative will support agricultural conservation practices at 119 Land O'Lakes member dairy farms in Central Pennsylvania that ship at least half of their milk to Hershey.
