Grant supports creation of new children’s exhibit to promote critical thinking skills

Cox Foundation announced a $300,000 grant to Orlando Science Center to help build New KidsTown, an exhibit to serve children from infancy to age seven. The new children’s area will be three times larger than the current space and will feature play-based learning and high-touch explorations to promote critical thinking skills. New KidsTown will also feature a dedicated infant and toddler area.
