Corporate Volunteers Gather to Provide Local Nonprofits with Professional Expertise in a Day of “Flash Consulting”
BOSTON, Sept. 25, 2019 /3BL Media/ - More than 80 corporate volunteers will join with Common Impact, a nationally recognized leader in skills-based volunteerism, for a day of flash-consulting, a one-day volunteer marathon, to support 15 Boston-based nonprofit organizations. Participants will lend their expertise in accounting, finance, tech, human resources, marketing and other specialties, a donation of time and talent that will deliver an estimated $100,000 to the Boston community.

According to a new report Making work more meaningful: Building a fulfilling employee experience, published by CECP: The CEO Force for Good, Imperative, and PwC, the early days of a “Fourth Industrial Revolution” require a new standard for the employee experience around higher meaning and fulfillment at work. A staggering majority of employees believe that achieving fulfillment at work is possible – 96% of those surveyed.
