Giving up their day off and getting out of their comfort zones, these middle school students were there for a day-long workshop in computer science and technology – Girlsmarts4tech. The hope? To inspire these young women to pursue careers in tech.

South Africa: First Lego League Launched


In its ninth year of supporting the FIRST LEGO League in South Africa, SAP has pledged R1.4 million (about 125,000 USD) in sponsorship of the competitive robotics event, which supports STEM education for young South Africans.
