At T-Mobile, listening to customers is the single most important thing we do. As the leader of T-Mobile for Business, I have the honor of speaking to businesses of all sizes and spanning all types of industries. Through these conversations, I’ve learned about their pain points and how they’ve disrupted their industries to overcome them. This has offered me some incredible insights and learnings that I want to share with fellow business leaders who are fighting for survival against incredible odds.
As wildfires burn in Southern WA and in Eastern Oregon, our thoughts are with the thousands of people who have been affected. T-Mobile is keeping a close eye on the situation, including any impacts on our network, customers, and employees. At this stage, our network is holding up well in both states and we have hundreds of generators deployed throughout the affected area in the event local power grids are affected.
If you are in an area that could potentially be impacted, please monitor and follow any evacuation orders that may be issued by local authorities.
