At a recent Cultivating Confidence Conversation in Detroit, Executive Chairman Rick Goings shared that inclusivity is essential for your business and society. However, according to Goings, “There is still more we could do to recruit and activate a more diverse corporate workforce.” Inclusion within the workplace increases success and makes the vision a reality.
