Eric is an industry veteran who oversees Zynga's game strategy, product mangement and design functions. An avid gamer, Eric focuses on delivering an engaging user experience and continually improving all of Zynga's games. Eric previously founded two startups. He was co-founder of eUniverse (now Intermix Media), a network of more than 20 content sites that included MySpace. At Intermix, Eric was responsible for building the company's technology platforms, managing a team of 120 software developers and product development. He also was a fouding member of Dvdwave, an e-commerce company that sold dvd's that was acquired by cdUniverse.

Eric attended University of Californa, Santa Cruz where he studied philosophy.
