Peter is an author, speaker and citizen of Cincinnati. His best-selling books include Flawless Consulting, The Empowered Manager, and Stewardship: Choosing Service over Self-Interest, Community: The Structure of Belonging and the just-published The Abundant Community, co-authored with John McKnight. With other volunteers in Cincinnati, Peter began A Small Group, whose work is to create a new community narrative and bring his work on civic engagement into being. Peter is a partner in Designed Learning, a training and consulting company.
