#ParksAndRecreationMonth: Cox Enterprises’ COO Alex Taylor Shows How “Actions Speak” in Tulsa


At a recent river cleanup,Cox Enterprises’ COO Alex Taylor demonstrated that he doesn’t just “talk the talk” when it comes to advocating for the environment. Alex joined about 200 #TeamCox volunteers, representing all of the company’s divisions (Cox Communications, Cox Automotive and Cox Media Group) to clean up trash from the banks of the Arkansas River in downtown Tulsa.

The project took place in partnership with American Rivers, Keep Oklahoma Beautiful and the River Parks Authority.

Whirlpool Raise Funds for United Way with Their 2nd Annual "Rock the Boat" Races

St. Joseph, MI - Dozens of new boats launched in the St. Joseph River Thursday. It's part of the 2nd annual "Rock the Boat" event in St. Joe. 

Some of the boats were made of duct tape and cardboard. Around 29 boats competed in the race. Many of them were teams from Whirlpool.

Subaru to Raise Money for Cancer Patients Across America


Subaru of America will partner with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help people affected by cancer as part of the carmaker's annual Subaru Loves to Care month. Subaru will be working with the organization to spread awareness of the disease, and raise money for cancer survivors.
