The DRW Foundation made more than a financial commitment and a promise to support the school in the long term when it established DRW College Prep a few years ago – the firm also supplied the school with its primary source for volunteers – DRW employees.
Since the school opened its doors in August 2012, many DRW employees have spent countless hours organizing afterschool programs that range from tutoring to improv comedy workshops – not to mention a few sports teams run by volunteer coaches too.
