Xylem Employees and Partners Join Together for Annual Month of Service

Article

With the challenges posed by COVID-19, we focused more on individual and small group opportunities rather than large group outings. We are incredibly proud of the ways teams, partners and individuals came together to exemplify how we make a difference in the communities where we live and work.

During the campaign, more than 2,200 individuals from around the world generously donated more than 8,800 hours of volunteer service!

Being a Cisco employee luckily comes with many amazing perks for all staff to use throughout the year. In particular, a Cisco favourite is our ‘Give Back Days’ – we receive 40 hours each year where we can shut the computer lid, turn off emails, and come together as a team to work on projects close to our hears, and most importantly; giving back to our local communities. (Cisco even gave us an additional 10 hours this year!)
