In Recognition of International Women's Day Our Leaders Share Why this Day Is Important
International Women’s Day shines a light on everyone’s talent. The day highlights the strengths and the ability that women have to lead us and help us be more successful. With more than 55% of our associate population comprised of women here at Alliance Data, we are recognizing this day not only for our female associates, but similarly for the 9,000 men who also make Alliance Data a best place to work.
Alliance Data is a data-driven company, and to enable our clients to connect with their customers we need to be able collect, steward and protect data that in some instances is sensitive personal data. This year, in recognition of International Data Privacy Day, we educated our associates about the potential impacts of European Union's general data privacy regulation (GDPR).
