ON Semiconductor has been declared the winner of the 2021 World Finance Sustainability Awards Program in the category of the 'Most Sustainable Company in the Semiconductor Industry – 2021'. This is the second consecutive year that we have won this award. World Finance is a print and online magazine providing comprehensive coverage and analysis of the financial industry, international business and the global economy.

With June being Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) Pride Month, there is a lot of opportunities to talk about diversity and inclusion. What perfect timing to address the meaning of allyship as part of the culture at ON Semiconductor. For me, allyship is about intent. Intent to collaborate, to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We do this by driving improvements, supporting and advocating for underrepresented groups. Essentially, it is about highlighting issues and showing up for others, especially when we are not a member of these groups.

One of the most fundamental RBA programs is the Validated Assessment Program (VAP), which is the leading standard for onsite compliance verification and effective, shareable audits.

Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington Receives Grant for JA BizTown from the ON Semiconductor Foundation

In February 2021, the ON Semiconductor Foundation awarded a $45,000 grant to Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington (JA), an organization committed to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. The three-year grant is being used to help provide local students with JA BizTown, an upper-elementary program that teaches work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills.
