In December 2019, ON Semiconductor published their first China Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report. This report highlights key initiatives being taken on by the company that are ethical, sustainable and responsible, which in turn are positively influencing and impacting their surrounding communities in China. Our goal is to publish a China CSR Report yearly, along with our annual CSR report that focuses on all of our global efforts.

Sarabeth Knobel (She-Her), diversity and inclusion program manager at ON Semiconductor, was featured on Fairygodboss for being a Gender Equality Superhero 2019 because of her commitment to advocate and advance workforce diversity as well as creating an environment of workplace inclusion.
Last week we ended a decade, during which our company grew from $2B to over $6B in revenue due to the dedication of our leadership team and employees who worked hard to be innovative, providing the latest solutions and technology to market. With this in mind, we look forward to the opportunities that lay ahead in 2020 and this decade!

December 31, 2019 /3BL Media/ - For the past 10 years, ON Semiconductor and its compassionate employees have sponsored the Academia del Pueblo Elementary School in Phoenix during the holiday season by providing a gift to each student and teachers. Academia del Pueblo is funded and operated by Friendly House, a local education and human services nonprofit organization, which like most, relies heavily on charitable donations.
As 2019 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on several of ON Semiconductor’s accomplishments. One large achievement was the designation as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for the fourth year in a row.
Part of the community impact work that ON Semiconductor supports is through its Global Corporate Giving (GCG) Program, which strategically leverages our resources, talent and efforts to support nonprofits and educational institutions.
Each year, we fund projects and programs in order to create social value and maximize our impact on communities through workplace giving and community grants. In 2018, we invested over $2 million USD to support of communities worldwide.
