On Wednesday, February 12, Scotiabank held a Women in Agriculture networking lunch at Winchelsea Events in Winchester. Local women in agriculture were invited to enjoy the company of others and learn about the struggles and successes of other women in the business.
A few years ago, a video of people using an automated hand soap dispenser — an otherwise mundane daily activity — went viral. The reason it caught attention: When one person put a hand under the sensor, the soap came out right away. But when a second person did it, the dispenser didn’t work at all.
