General Mills earns top spot on Working Mother magazine's "Best Companies" list for 20th consecutive year
Today, Working Mother magazine released its annual Best Companies for Working Mothers rankings and for the 20th consecutive year, General Mills earned a spot on the list, landing among the ‘Top Five’ most family-friendly companies.
Working Mother magazine selects the 100 Best Companies based on the availability of progressive workplace programs, including child care, flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave and advancement of women. Companies are also measured on access to and usage of family-friendly programs.
