Seth Godin

Author Seth Godin will bring his distinct perspective on business, marketing and change to the International Corporate Citizenship Conference in Boston, April 21-23, where he will be the closing speaker on Tuesday afternoon.

Godin’s keynote speech will address a crowd of more than 600 corporate citizenship professionals from around the globe, and will explore the question of whether corporate citizenship is merely an obligation, or an opportunity. He will also speak about the implications of humanizing the industrial voice, and how doing the right thing also turns out to be the one and only best thing going forward.

Godin is the author of 17 books that have been best sellers around the world and translated into more than 35 languages. Some of his most popular books include “Linchpin”, “Tribes”, “The Dip” and “Purple Cow”.

In addition to his writing and speaking, Godin is founder of Squidoo.com, a fast-growing, easy-to-use website. His blog (which can be found by typing “seth” into Google) is one of the most popular in the world.

Recently, Godin once again set the book publishing world on its ear by launching a series of four books via Kickstarter. The campaign reached its goal after three hours and ended up becoming the most successful book project ever launched that way. His latest book, “The Icarus Deception”, argues that we’ve been brainwashed by industrial propaganda, and pushes us to stand out, not to fit in.

Godin is one of a number of inspiring voices that will be heard speaking at the 2013 International Corporate Citizenship Conference.  The conference is approaching sold out status but it’s not too late to register at www.corporatecitizenshipconference.com.
