In response to stakeholder interest in more detailed disclosures around non-financial matters, the supplement is a key new addition to our annual reporting suite. Focusing on our non-financial performance in 2020, it enhances our disclosures around our purpose, sustainability and ESG factors.
International Women’s Day, annually held on the 8th March, is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, but the day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. At Bayer, we have the privilege to co-lead our global Business Resource Group GROW which stands for Growing Representation and Opportunities for Women. In these roles, we would like to use the platform of our CEO to celebrate IWD 2021.

Drexel University announced a collaboration with Merck & Co., Inc., on a new initiative that will help diverse business owners enhance their leadership and business acumen and strengthen and grow their companies. The inaugural cohort of the newly launched “Merck Drexel Advanced Leadership Program for Diverse Suppliers (Merck Drexel ALP)” began coursework for the four-month certificate program last week.
