This is the 2020 theme for Hispanic Heritage Month, an annual event that celebrates the cultures and histories of American citizens whose ancestors came from Central and South America, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Spain.

In January 2015, Celeste Warren, vice president and chief diversity officer, suggested during a team meeting that we need to celebrate the diversity of our employees and provide them with time to pause, learn and reflect.
