Stuart R. Goldfarb is an of counsel in the Corporate Group in the New York office. Mr. Goldfarb specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital investments and capital markets transactions. In addition, Mr. Goldfarb provides general corporate and corporate governance advice to both public and privately held entities.

Mr. Goldfarb previously practiced with Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP and Smith Lyons LLP in Toronto, Canada and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Mr. Goldfarb resided in the Paris office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP for approximately 18 months and has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions.
